SpringHill Suites by Marriott Provo

This hotel is wonderful! It says it's only a 2.5 star hotel but I stayed at the Ramada, Who claims to be also a 2.5 star hotel and they are terrible their staff Where's dirty clothes, they don't wear uniform shirts, they don't greet you when you come in they play with their phones and kind of ignore you. The manager April is a very mean person just for me complaining about have not having internet or telephone for 4 days that I stayed there in a row and asking for some kind of refund for maybe one of the days she said absolutely not and she asked me to leave the hotel in the middle of the day when my wife had the car at work. And she made some crazy lie out that I was looking into cars. Which is totally unfounded. It's only approximately $5 to $10 more to stay here then the Ramada and it is a million times better. This hotel is wonderful they have the best Continental breakfast in the world. I mean they have like biscuits and gravy, eggs scrambled, waffles, yogurt and oatmeal, Just everything you can think of. It's wonderful. And they're staff and management is wonderful. I had an issue and the manager took care of that issue with no problem whatsoever and gave me points and offered me a refund for one of my nights that I was there that I had some issues. But she dealt with them very quickly and very fast. Also she respected me and treated me very nicely. She's a very nice person and very respectful and an extremely good manager for that hotel. I highly recommend staying here.

Very decent joint. Clean. Modern feel. Great price for what was needed. One bit of feedback, the TV is so small and sitting between two sides of the room so one area won't be able to view while the other side is using. Should be re-thought. Pleasant enough service.

The room was clean and pretty spacious, there was lots of lights and outlets available. Everything worked and was pretty stocked up with towels, toilet paper, etc. We loved the convenience of having a microwave and mini fridge we could use in the room. You could hear the AC running but we didn’t really mind it. Though the pool was small, we enjoyed that it was a heated pool and that there were towels provided. The little fitness room didn’t have much, but was filled with the basics - mats, a bench, weights, 2 treadmills, and 2 ellipticals. I only used the treadmill for incline walks. I liked how the fitness room was open 24/7, so I got to go in really early in the morning/on my time. The complimentary breakfast was nothing extravagant, but it was nice and basic. Breakfast is served from 6:30 - 9:30AM, we usually got up early and had breakfast around 7ish. It wasn’t really busy around that time, and the workers were really great at restocking and refilling. There was a lot of food places around the area, lots of hidden gems that aren’t a far drive. Overall, we enjoyed our week stay and would book here again!

Everything was OK. Many parts of the hotel have been redone, but there are still things showing age or being worn. Room was comfortable and the AC/heat was able to keep whatever temp you like to sleep in (unit in room). Gym is decent for a SpringHill, decent space. Breakfast was so so, eggs, potatoes and sausage patties...not the variety I have had at some SpringHills. Common area was nice. Location was OK, plenty of fast food places around...but not much ait down service that I saw. Close to downtown or University though. Overall...nothing fancy but gets the job done.

This is my third time staying here. Above all else, the staff should be commended, and in particular, Moala and Alonso at the front desk (both extremely friendly and helpful). The breakfast is better than most places of this rank and, surprisingly, the coffee was relatively hot. My room (209, to be exact) had some sort of motor noise 24/7. I even turned off the cool/heat system but the noise seemed to be coming from within. Entirely annoying. Room should also have better lighting. That said, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was pleasant.

We had an excellent experience! Malik who checked us in went the extra mile and was helpful. Fernandia who assisted with moving rooms was fantastic and helped make a challenging situation with my husband who had been in an accident a much better experience. All the staff were helpful and amazing

Spacious, comfortable in a modern style bedroom; we appreciate having the toilet separate from the shower, comfy desk and sofa. Top service, Race was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly . He truly made a difference.

Stayed at SpringHill Suites in Provo and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed — plenty of space to relax or get some work done. The bed was comfortable, and everything in the room worked as expected. Staff were friendly and check-in was quick and smooth. The hotel overall feels modern and well-kept. Breakfast was decent — nothing fancy, but enough options to start the day. The location is also convenient, with easy access to restaurants and the highway. Nothing to complain about — everything was solid. Would definitely stay here again.
